In-house Seminars and Workshops

Courses are available for delivery on an inhouse basis. Course structure and content, including topics and workshop exercises, can be tailored to suit participants' needs. Course length can be varied from one or two hour executive overviews to half or one day modules.

In depth versions of individual modules can be integrated with existing executive development programs:

Latest Executive Seminar:

"Maximizing ROI in Human and Intellectual Capital"

People and other intellectual resources, such as systems, technologies, processes and brands have become for many organizations their most important forms of capital. Despite the fact that these resources are increasingly interconnected and interdependent, organizations typically adopt reductionist strategies designed to maximize functional rather than collective performance. This situation is partly the result of a traditional focus on functional specialisation and partly due to a lack of appropriate tools.

This half day in-house seminar is designed to provide an executive briefing on latest thinking and practice in the fields of human and intellectual capital and introduce an integration methodology that can be used to improve alignment and leverage interdependencies between people and other resources for performance improvement.

Attendees will learn how the methodology can be used to:

-Increase service efficiency and quality
-Make better outsourcing and insourcing decisions
-Improve talent retention and development
-Create effective knowledge and information management strategies
-Boost bottom line performance and build long term capabilities

"Retaining Workforce Experience"

Downsizing, competition for talent, and the effects of early retirement are causing organizations in both public and private sectors to lose key people and with them much valuable organizational experience. Participants in this workshop will be introduced to knowledge-based techniques that can be used to compare current workforce capabilities to future knowledge needs and to elicit, record and transfer management experience before it 'walks out of the door'.
